Every pouch of tea you buy flows back into our Enshi village. Not as charity—but as shared prosperity in form . We believe in fair ownership, local income, and shared decision-making.

How Our Cooperative Works

  • workers vote on income use
  • Monthly tea income is split: operations, village dividend, reinvestment
  • FlowInverseTea handles branding/export; the garden & land belong to the village

  • Feng (Xinfeng Guan)

    Feng has no land, no spotlight—but she stayed.

    While her husband leading mule in more remote mountain even without signals, she raises their children in the home she built herself.

  • Jun(Xingjun Chen)

    He spent 3 years to pass teacher's test and then learnt how to make tea.

Built Together, Every Season

Our cooperative welcomes brands, WWOOF volunteers and tea lovers from around the world. Together, we weed, pluck, sort, share meals, and exchange stories.

    Brands can join our cooperative by supporting the village through:

    • Fixed annual sponsorship
    • Percentage-based sponsorship ( at least 5% of tea revenue)

  • Adopt a Tea Tree, Watch It Grow


    Can’t travel? You can still be part of the mountain. Adopt a real part tea tree in our Enshi garden. Get updates, photos, harvest samples, and the name of the person who picked your leaves.
