Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

All items in store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

For normal opition, shipping time is:

US:6-12 working days

CA:8-15 working days

AU:6-10 working days

UK:6-10 working days

Our shipping guarantee

We ship from our mountain in Enshi, China, straight to you, usually two to three weeks. You take no risk on the way:

• Lost before it clears customs: full refund.
• Sent back by customs: free reship, or a refund.
• Arrives damaged or with a packaging problem: full or partial refund.
