This round features two interpretations of Enshi Yulu, the only surviving steamed green tea in China.
One is crafted with local Taizi bushes using the old artisan method — rich, savory, and touched with a seaweed note.
The other is made with Longjing 43 cultivar, steamed by modern technique — bright, creamy, with a hint of sweet corn.
