Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. We'll notify you by email once your application has been processed.
No problem! We only ask for honest reviews. Negative feedback helps other customers make informed decisions and helps us improve our products.
You have 30 days from receiving your sample to post your review. This gives you time to properly experience the tea and create quality content.
We send teas produced by our village—sometimes organic, sometimes new or experimental. Some teas may already exist in the market, but we haven’t made them in our own garden yet. We also share teas we personally love and want you to experience. Only one tea sample is sent per round with 5g inside.
We currently offer free shipping to the USA only. International reviewers are welcome to apply, but will need to cover shipping costs at checkout.
