How it works
Live, once a week, all in English, hosted by June. Each session covers one tea or one micro tea region, a small, specific growing area, not a whole province. You join from wherever you are.
The method
Before we even brew, I walk you through the dry leaf: shape, color, evenness, how it was likely processed, and what that tells you about where it should sit on price. Then we taste it together and check what the dry leaf told us against the cup. Come back every week and this becomes a habit you carry into any tea shop.
