Chinese tea is not one thing. It's six categories and hundreds of styles, and this is where you learn to tell them apart, the way someone who actually makes tea does. Six classes, one per category, take the one you need or take them all.

How it works

Six recorded classes, one for each major category of Chinese tea: green, white, yellow, oolong, black, and dark. Self-paced, lifetime access. Buy one class at a time, or save with a pack.

The method

Same logic as the free class, one leaf becomes hundreds of teas depending on how it's processed, but now applied one category at a time. Each class shows you what actually separates that category from the others at the processing level, so you can walk into any tea shop and know what you're looking at.
