Shipping Guides

Shipping from our USA Headquarters

  • All orders are packed and shipped from our USA headquarters in California.
  • Orders totaling $35 or more ship free via USPS within the USA.
  • Standard US orders typically arrive within five to eight business days from Seatle, CA.
  • Premium expedited shipping services with UPS 2 Day and UPS Ground are available at live rates based on order weight.

Other International Shipping

  • Orders outside the USA are shipped with local shipping vendors using live rates based on order weight and destination.
  • Customers needing alternative shipping solutions can contact us for arrangements.
  • International customs duties may apply, and we cannot refund additional fees charged by local customs offices.

Return Policy

Tea Returns:

  • Tea returned to us cannot be resold due to health regulations, emphasizing the rarity of our teas and our commitment to sustainability.
  • To ensure the integrity of our teas and minimizes waste, please understand that we do not accept any returns solely based on customer preference.
  • We encourage customers to sample smaller quantities(10g) before purchasing larger amounts to ensure satisfaction.

Damaged Boxes:

  • If your tea packages arrive cracked or damaged, please let us know right away! We want the chance to make it right as soon as possible with a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items, we will cover any return shipping needed.

Missed Items:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt if you receive the wrong product or if an item is missing.
  • Please let us know right away and we promise to make it right, and get you the tea you ordered immediately.
